I appreciated the updates in my car. The people I had contact with were all very professional and were very helpful. I only had one thing that caused me a little stress. I was contacted on Thursday and told my car was 58 percent done and 15 mins later I received a call that my car was done. That was a little confusing. And a concern due to I had a rental and I was out of town. My original completion date was 11/16. But the person working in your office was very kind and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend your services to others, I was very pleased.

I have a real issue with the workmanship and will be calling you. There are major issues with the gap difference under both headlights, not good!!!!! This will need to be corrected

Thank YOU so much! Your organized service center, attention to detail and customer care are commendable!!! I am delighted with the repairs to my Toyota which was returned to me washed--even the tires were shined, and with the repair to the bumper, it looked brand new! Charity was so helpful throughout the process--scheduling the repair, going over the paperwork and even handling the car rental. I appreciate the JHBS Lexington Team!
