I have been overall very disappointed. The policy of the business was not followed. Received NO phone calls regarding what work was needed, cost estimate or time estimate. Work was started and finished without ever speaking to me! That's bad business! Kind of like signing up for surgery and having surgery without doctor ever telling you what was actually wrong! Got my vehicle home and realized the work was subpar too. I wanted my car back like it was before the accident, that's not what I got! I will not be sending friends or family to John Harris, that's for sure!

It is a good thing for you guys I didn't wreck my truck 3 years ago. If I had, I would have hired Jody to work for me when I was managing a sales force. He was spot on at every opportunity. Charity was equally as good and so was the other lady in the office. Lucky you.
