Yes, my experience during this whole ordeal was good. I have not had a chance to drive much as I only picked up the car yesterday, I will be driving it regularly again starting today. If I notice anything out of the way, I will contact you. The only person I felt with was the young lady up front and she was very professional. I will certainly recommend John Harris to others. The repair was not completed to satisfaction, over spray on rocket panel and paint wasn’t blended also windshield molding wasn’t installed correctly. I have met with the staff who were very helpful and was scheduled back on 2/19. I was assured everything will be corrected to satisfaction. Thank you

I've never dealt with a repair shop that kept me so in the loop as to what was going on, and when the repairs would be completed. And then, they beat the estimated completion time by 3 days. Brittany was awesome to deal with!

Few things needed attention when we got there to pick it up in which we had to leave overnight. Both days, employees were understanding, nice, and friendly in the office and also from back in the garage which came out front to do finishing touches.
