The interior of my vehicle looked great in the passenger area except the arm rest in back seat. Doesn't appear to have been cleaned. Everything was vacuumed but the rear area behind passenger area where repairs were actually made. Odd. The office personnel was a pleasure to work with.

I showed Crystal that the repaired area was not aligned as it was prior to accident or like the opposite side. Panels were not flushed. She said I could bring it back.
