Did not have pinstriping done as ordered that was to be at my expense; only the insurance claim portion. I think the staff have to work too quickly and miss details. I will bring car back but striping will be done at shop's expense.

My truck was half **** repaired molding hanging off,tape lines in door jams, burn in carpet, inside was very dirty, truck not driving right the list goes on. Very unsatisfied.

Love the text message updates on the status of the car. Great way to keep the customer informed without having them wondering where you are in the process. I did leave a couple of messages but did not get a return call but the text message kept me updated. Also really appreciated getting the car back sooner than promised. Have all of our cars that need work done there and will continue to recommend your services to others.

my signal lights in the back are not working the front ones are working but on the drivers side front it is blinking fast and the other side is normal and no blinks in the back. ****-****-xxxx
