Repair was supposed to take 3 days. it took 11 days. I still have to take the car back in for a bracket. I was told it was due to the storm, but the storm has only impacted us for the past 2-3 days. I was told the delay was due tov waiting on Horace Mann Ins, but when I called them, they responded immediately.

Your shop did an exceptional job repairing my vehicle. This is the second time that I have had to have my vehicle repaired and both times the staff was professional and efficient. John Harris staff was very helpful and understanding. They made sure all necessary information was complete. The repair was great. Extremely hard to tell that my vehicle was damaged. The repair updates were very helpful. I am totally satisfied with my repairs and so comforting to know that the work has a lifetime guarantee. I will definitely refer my friends and family. I'm not anticipating future accidents but in the event of that misfortune I will return to John Harris!

I wish open a Saturday or Sunday and open to 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Because may some lot people they can not get off work so open a more reasonable for everybody thank you
