All was fine except that it took so long from the the 4th of January To the 25th I just think it was to long for the damage It had. The work was excellent just the same.

Although I appreciate the work you've done on my car so far, the car repairs are not complete. There is a small scratch on the exterior spare tire cover and the HONDA logo on that same cover is missing. Another appointment is needed so these issues can be resolved to my satisfaction.

Absolutely. Chris and Janelle could not have handled better. Repair was no hassle and you all accommodated special needs. Having Enterprise right there is very good. You exceeded expected repair date by over a week and I appreciate how you work with USAA. I don't want to be back, but if we are in need we will be at JHBS Killan.

The service and work done was excellent, but if you say it will be ready on a certsin date and you text me on that day to say almost done, will call if delayed, do so. I received no call until the day after the "done by" date.
