Overall the work looks great and I'm happy with result. There was some confusion about which location to take my car to (I got my estimate at one location but for some reason I was booked at another, which I didn't know until I showed up at wrong location), when the parts were ordered, etc. Not a big deal, and some of the confusion may be on the part of my insurance company. So it wasn't a completely smooth experience, but overall very good and I would use John Harris again.

My mom is in the hospital. I can't remember her name but the young lady who repaired my car was congizant of my desire to make a trip home (Florida) as soon as possible. My car was originally supposed to be ready next Wednesday. Well my car was ready today. I had to give her a hug. Unfortunately I'm not the best driver these days???? but when I do have a need for body services I can count on John Harris to take great care of my vehicle.
