No need to contact us - please adjust your checking in procedures, to ensure appointment scheduled are closely followed. We had an 8:30 appointment and arrived at 8:20. We were not 'checked in' until 8:45 and did not leave until a few minutes after 9:00. Even though an appointment was scheduled for us, walk-ins were also assisted, causing a delay in processing our appointment time. Our only complaint was the way our case was handled at time of initial drop off. We had used this company again because of the pleasant experience we had several years ago.
