I have only come to you once before, with that visit repairs were problematic, but only because you did your best to makes resolution and the taken into consideration the profound politeness of the staff did I decide to come back for a second time. This visit I was impressed with the staff and timing of my repairs because I needed to quickly get back to work. I was telling another how I forgot my receipt but would get it when I returned in the hopes of dropping off a momento of appreciation to the staff. When I was leaving from work, I just so happened to look at my door because I didn't hear my seat automatically adjusting itself. To my horror I saw that the seat adjustment panel to my door was not installed back or broken! I am tired. Tired of having to double back to you to fix things that were fine before coming to you. I will not inconvenience myself to get this fixed. Someone will need to be at my mercy and fix this ASAP when I get off from work within the week. QUALITY ASSURANCE SHOULD BE A PRIORITY. You should want customers to return but not at their own expense due to repeated negligence.
