I called to set my appointment up to get my bumper fixed. The receptionist gave me an available time 2 days away. I explained that I was going out of town the weekend following the date she gave me. She advised me that, although my car would most likely be done before we were to leave, to wait until after our trip to book an appointment so I didn't have to stress before a trip. Loved that!! She said she had an available Monday appointment after my trip and could book me for that, but if I wanted a day to unwind from traveling that she had an early appointment Tuesday morning. I took the Tuesday morning appointment because who doesn't need to unwind after a trip? I received updates through texts on the status of my car, followed by a phone call just in case. The man that called me was awesome, didn't make false promises, was very straight forward and knew exactly what was being done to my car even as I was talking to him. My car was done a day earlier than predicted. The receptionist even offered to put my key back on my ring for me. My car was washed, vacuumed out and wiped down when I got into it. Basically? I loved this place! Customer service these days is usually a 3 out of 10 in my book, but this place took it way beyond a 10! It's so appreciated!!
