Quality of work is very good and staff is helpful and willing to address customers needs. Only suggestion is to have someone do a final inspection to verify all disconnected/replaced parts are completely installed prior to notifying customer that the work is complete.

This was my first time using JHBS. The experience was totally professional from start to finish. Jonathan led me through the whole process from setting up my appointment to picking up my car. Which by the way was ready in 8 hours and the job was outstanding. I was clearly impressed with Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable and I was comfortable with what he was telling me about my vehicle.
