The communication wasn’t there this time. I first used John Harris when my car was side swiped at the mall, nothing major. I received texts that were followed by phone calls letting me know what was going on with my car. I got in a wreck 10/14, my car was taken by Chanceys to Riverfront Collision. I requested to use John Harris and called to see what I needed to do to get my car to y’all. I was told my car would be towed to John Harris when they received the towing fee from insurance. I call back almost 3 business days later to check on everything and was told my car was still at Riverfront. Had I known this I would have bugged my insurance company to speed things along. I found out that my car was tranferred to C&C Automotive because it wouldn’t align right. The only updates I got were from me calling and asking questions. The staff was nice when I spoke to them in person, over the phone? Eh. Borderline. My car had $16,000 worth of damages, which is a lot to me, I would have appreciated more communication letting me know what was going on, where my car was, etc.
