I was not happy with the communication. One day I was told my vehicle would be ready on 10/05 then 2 days later that it was ready just waiting on glass replacement. In actuality it was not ready until 10/02 after curing and all inspections done. Then when I arrive to get my vehicle I proceed to do my own inspection and I find 3 things that should have been taken care of and I'm being told that it was not covered by insurance write up and it was clearly on the same side that was repaired and was related to the damage. It just looked like the body shop didn't do a good job in those particular areas. It still needs to be corrected. Not sure what my warranty is for when I find items that need to be corrected before I ever leave their lot after it has been "repaired" and they don't want to correct it. I'm not happy and will be contacting my insurance inspector.

I was told the repairs were completed and to come and pick up my car. Upon inspecting the next morning I discovered work that was suppose to be repaired that was overlooked. I turned in my rental car & had to sit at the body shop for 30 mins to discover that a handle needs to be ordered. Which will cause me to have to sit & wait again while it's installed. This isn't the kind of service that I was looking for.

John Harris and Staff were absolutely amazing! They walked me through the entire process of my truck being fixed!! I never had to call for any updates, they texted me updates each day!! This company gives 5 star service and quality work on your vehicle. What would take another body shop at least a week to complete, John Harris and Staff took only 48 hours! I will definitely use them again for "ANY" repairs I may need in the future, and recommend them to friends!

Overall great repair done right. The color match was spot on and the repair was beautiful. The overall office is very clean and professional looking. A couple small negatives. The interior seats had grease stains on them, my window frame received a scatch, and I am still trying to air out the solvent from the interior. Again overall a great job.
