Service and customer relationship was excellent. Only problem was that I had to return back to the shop because they forgot to attach a screw which left my fender guard hanging down scraping against my wheel

95% satisfied. Only issue - car smelled like a smoker had been it. Fortunately, the smell dissipated fairly quickly after getting fresh air in car.

Our only complaint was that they did not clean up the car. The back the outside were covered in body putty dust.

My car was fixed on Monday morning and ready for pickup, however, no one thought it was important to call me and let me know my car was ready.. And the entire time I was paying for a rental car out of my pocket... And when I asked if there was anything they can do they said no...
