I searched a few repair places in the Manassas area and decided to go with Lindsay Collision after reading the reviews. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and received an estimate that afternoon, which I was able to view online. I received text messages EVERY DAY with a status of the repairs. There was a minor delay due to the wrong part being sent, but I was informed of the delay and provided a new completion date. The folks were very friendly and professional. My car was ready on Monday.

I greatly appreciated the text updates as well as the phone calls with progress updates. While the repair stretched from about 2 weeks to about 5 weeks these updates eased my frustration with things beyond the shops control.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Lindsay Collision. It is clear Lindsay has taken the time to understand its customers needs. Placing their Auto Body Service Center, Geico Collision Adjuster and Enterprise Rental Car Service in one location makes it a breeze to handle what other wise can be a cumbersome and time-consuming experience. In addition, Lindsay did an outstanding job with the repairs to our vehicle. First of all, I want to say "A job well done! Thank you for making my car look like it's never been wrecked. First time impression is important. When I initially came there in Saturday to get an estimate, Doug and Tina where awesome. Tina has excellent customer service skills and Doug kept me informed about the repairs to my car.
