I absolutely loved that we were kept in the loop via text. I wonder if I would have been able to text responses or if calling is the only way to communicate? If that wasn't a possibility (texting) that would be my only suggestion for the future, having the ability to send text messages as well as receiving those updates.

Definitely quality work I'd recommend others. Hands down to those who did their very best to see it through to finalize the work. Everyone that worked there was super friendly. I received daily emails regarding the status of my vehicle, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place. They even had Starbucks coffee in their lobby, which is a plus! LOL. Thank you, Lindsay Collision!
