Repairs and customer service were excellent. Communication was also great. Our locking lug nuts was lost in the process, and while you are paying for another one for us, it's going to take two weeks to order one. This is not a hassle that we should have had to deal with, already having to deal with a collision in the first place. This was extremely disappointing for us after all we've already been through.
