From beginning to end the experience was exceptional. Jason walked me thru the process set me up an appointment and assured me I'd be taken care of. Moreen was my initial point of contact and she was very helpful, courteous, and reassuring that my car would be taken care of. The text messages received daily about how my car was doing was a great touch. To my surprise, when I got the call a week later that my car was ready, Moreen waited beyond closing so that I could pick up my car and not be charged another days rental. I'm beyond satisfied, my car was washed and looking Fab, my bumper looks better than when I purchased the car! Keenan has won me over, I'm a forever customer. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
