Getting your new truck hit is not something you want to have happen but your company made it an excellent experience for me. I had originally taken my truck to another local auto body shop for a quote because they were close to my house. I then talked to my insurance company and they suggested your company. I figured it would not hurt to get another quote so I brought my truck over for you to take a look at. I was quickly attended too and in a very short time I had a quote that was $300.00 less than the other body shop. Now even though the person that hit my car was paying for the damage, I felt I was taken very good care of and I would be in good hands. Once I agreed to drop off my truck, you had a rental car representative right there onsite. He got me a rental that was similar to my vehicle and the whole process and paperwork was fast and effortless. As you started the repair of my truck, the daily communication on the status of my repair was great and it left no doubt that I made the right choice. When the truck was finished, you called to let me know it was done and even made arrangments for me to be able to drop off the rental and pick up my truck after hours. When I got to your shop, not only did the truck look great but to my surprise, the whole truck had been detailed and looked amazing. Thank you for such good service. They definitely kept me informed on the process. My vehicle was modified for wheelchair and it appears they did a good job of reattaching the modifications to the new, repaired parts. Most importantly, i couldnt get anyone to drop me off to pick up my vehicle, and they arranged for a manager to drive my vehicle to my house and i took him back to the company. That was top 10 grade a service! Thank u
