Everyone was very sweet and handled everything professionally. They even drove me back in my car when it was freezing outside and my rental car was not ready yet. I hesitated to respond no here, but since you only asked one question I felt that was true, even though I recognize the problem I had was more a problem with the rental car. First, the seatbelt of the car reeked of men's cologne. I didn't notice until I got in the car and the rep was gone by then. Second, I was told initially I would get a comparable car to my Mazda 5, instead I was given a sedan. It was a challenge to fit my three kids in the back, we are used to having more room for cargo. Hopefully these suggestions can help you to have more satisfied customers in the future. The repair was great though and we are happy to have our car back.
