It took them almost a week to replace my mirror. Never once did they call me with an update. I called them twice & left voicemails, they never called me back. I asked my insurance agent to find out what was taking so long, they told him my car was being detailed and would be ready that day. I didn’t hear from them for 2 more days. When I went to pick up my car, it was dirty & I had to wait for them to rinse it off & vacuum it. They do good work but their lack of communication & dishonesty makes me really dislike them.

The bumper and fender don't match up. The body line isn't straight and the drivers side fender and bumper and touching. The corner or the freshly painted bumper is missing paint. This will cause rust damage in the future. I will bring it back tomorrow.

The car looks great! Great work. I did not like they called me and said it would be finished on a wed Thursday for sure. Come Friday i called and i was told i would be called back and was not. no call. I called sat and missed them by 20 min and finally was told it was ready Monday evening. Otherwise very happy!
