I expect when I get a call informing me that my car is ready that it is ready, especially when I have to take time off my job to do so.and when I pointed out the area that was missed staffing informing me that it was not part of the accident and then check their records and see that they notated on their paper work no apologies. Just we will take care of it and giving me the option to take the car as is and bring it back later for them to finish the job. It makes me question quality controls that are suppose to be in place . I even shared this with the general manager as well and he told me that he trust his people no apologies for inconvenience. Very dismissive.

My car was repaired and I was told the repairs were complete and to pick up my car that it had been detailed too. We (my husband and I) not only thought it didn't look clean but the bigger deal was that the front head light was replaced with a light cover that was foggy when both front headlights were given to them prior to repair "clear". Simply if you advertise that you can make a foggy headlight clear then when a vehicle is brought to you for accident repair to the head light area with clear head lights then the vehicle should be repaired and returned with clear head lights.
