Anna was also very knowledgeable about my vehicle and it's needs and comforted me in knowing that my vehicle was in good hands. The front desk representative was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of repairs and securing a rental vehicle. She was very friendly and a great face to have on the front lines. I will be returning to Abra with any repairs needed in the future.

I believe this entire team handled the entire situation very well from emotional outburst due to a disconnect with the insurance company to my showing up at closing and they still helped me so I did not have to come back the next day to Tom responding to every request when dealing with insurance company as well as the lady manager that went out her way to get clarification on a claim to repair my cat properly. And the team was very conscious of work arounds in case insurance didn't pay like recommending a touch up over a full paint job if I had to pay out of my pocket. Really trust this place.
