The first time the work was supposedly done, the lines of the repaired door did not match the other side. The entire repair had to be reworked. This time it was good. But that meant five more days without my car. Staff was helpful and friendly, though.

Car was not completely done-a minor scrap on the driver side mirror was missed. More significantly however, the car was delivered with an extinguished half smoked cigarette laying in the cup holder. Obviously there was no respect shown by the repair crew for my car.

Keenan Replaced the headlight on a one year old lexus with an obviously used one that has scuffs on the inside of the lens. I did not authorize non OEM parts. Interesting the entire job was done with OEM parts except for that one part which was labeled reconditioned. . I would like this corrected ASAP.
