I don’t know if it was Abra or insurance company but the whole experience was a lot of drama. I made an appointment, showed up an the appontment wasnt on rhe record and the planned rental car wasnt there. The person that set up the appt was in Minnestota so maybe she didnt coordinate with the shop in PA. Bottom line, I don’t I think I would recommend or use Keenan Auto Body / Abra in the future. The repair was very minimal, bumper replacement, and still took over a week.

Everyone at Keenan was helpful and kind. The night I came to pick up my car, it was snowing. I was a little late because the roads were so bad. Kevin stayed to meet me, helped me clear the car from snow, and drove it around so I could avoid a slippery slope leaving. I have to come back for a follow up because there is still something more that needs fixing. But I know I am in good hands at Keenan. I highly recommend them.

A previous repair had been performed incorrectly and I asked the shop to fix this issue when the car was in for the latest repair. I found, after I had left the shop, that the adjustment to this previous repair had been done by damaging the area that needed to be adjusted.
