I was charged $218 for my rear brakes. Which according to the paperwork was charged to insurance not to me which I paid for through my American Express card. I'll be reporting this tomorrow. Also no one ever went over the car with me I picked it up in a hurry I'll be able to look at it tomorrow during the daylight.

You screwed up. The pieces are not placed back together You haven't suggested when you will fix it.

Kevin and his team were thorough, communicative, and efficient with my car repairs. I was in an accident that was not my fault and they made the experience very convenient, especially considering I did not rent a car so I was without a vehicle for a short period of time. Kevin and his team communicated directly with me throughout all steps of the process, he contacted the other party for payment and even got my car to a more convinient location at the Aston store when the repairs were completed so I could easily pick it up. When I picked up my car it was clean, and the repairs were done in an expert fashion. The technicians even entered the code for my battery (which was unrelated to the repair and I was just too lazy to look this up in my owners manual), it's that kind of extra touch that will make me recommend Kevin and his team to anyone I know needing autobody work. Thank you very much to all who were involved in this repair, I really appreciate what you do! You made an unpleasant experience of being in an accident a seamless experience. Thank you again.

Everyone was very friendly. Everyone made sure I was taken care of with rental, answered questions about my repairs and wanted to make sure I was happy with repairs. All questions and concerns were answered honestly and thoughtfully. Great experience overall. I highly recommend.

Pick up the van this morning, Saturday. New large scratch on left side bottom side. I have before photos to compare. The drivers seat casing is cracked, the van was hit on that side The blower fan is now making a noise when on The transmission had a problem shifting at a very slow speed. That has me really concerned. As usual, the body and paint work is beautiful, a very nice job. This is the van, 2010 Town &Country, that the engine hood was left open for over 48 hours when it just arrived. (Over the weekend) We had five major thunder storms in that time period. I have photos. I really thought the van would have suffered from hydro static lock, but that may not be the case, happy to say.
