When I arrived to get my car I was floored by the customer service I recieved from the receptionist. She didn't display professional behavior.She appeared frustrated with my questions and and responded rudely. She mistakingly requested two different payment amounts and wasn't apologetic. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service provided.

I enjoyed the professionalism and diligence by Joe Sebro. He made me not feel welcomed, but kept in close contact of my car repairs. He showed excellent customer service and knew what all would be done in repairing my vehicle. Lastly, he followed through with a warrenty and instructions to ensure my vehicle will remain supreme. I will be recommending service king to others and refer them to Joe Sebro.

Mike Winston was great to deal with. He kept me posted about the progress every day and got the job done ahead of schedule. Joe the technician that he had working on my vehicle did a fantastic job. I'm not sure who painted the vehicle but they not only matched the color but the orange peal of the clear coat even matches the factory paint. You can't tell that it was ever in an accident. The vehicle looks and drives great.

Mike was great but they missed a spot on the paint and so I had to go back and they didn't bake it and it bubbled up so after I had come back bc you don't accept cash I had to go all the way downtown to bank to get s cashiers check then it still wasn't ready I have another car that needs fixing and there is no way I will ever come back or recommend you to anyone I work at a Fire Department on the Ambulance and work 24 & 36 hour shifts and have lost too much needed sleep dealing with all this so no you won't repair my new car
