When i brought my car in he said my car would be in and out same day. I was very confused. Well then i got a text saying my car would take 2 weeks. Then was told it would he done 2 days early. Then get a call a week early saying its done. I also dont like the text messages. They are very constant and annoying. I dont need to know every single step of the process. My biggest issue was after i left and my car dried because they gave it to me all wet eventhough it was a bright sunshine day. There was rubber markings on my tire from the accident and my paint looked smudgy. I ended up having to leave ehat i was doing and drive back to the shop because they were closing soon to have them finiah the car. My car was also returned to me dirty. The rims were dirty, the windows still had dirt all on them and the body of the car was dirty and had dried on water marks that i have to scrub to get them to be removed. I will never ever be back and will never recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work as usual. It took a month to the day, tbe only thing that could have been better is the repair time but i dont think that was under your control as parts had to be ordered and the holidays delayed things.

Poor communication and an item not repaired. I called this morn about an hour after picking up my car and no one has called me back. This whole experience has been negative. The receptionist is very pleasant.

The text message said I was going to have my car ready until the 30th. I was originally told a week so was confused on the text but then was happy to hear it was ready on the 23rd. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and was nice being able to get a rental car without any hassle. I will definitely recommend service king to anyone.
