The receptionist at the South Auburn Service King was awesome. The agent that I dealt with was Ben Beck. He's a great guy. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Fantastic customer service.
Ben handled my insurance claim and I felt like I was taken care of in every step of the process. He even went out of his way to make sure I had a ride home after I dropped my vehicle off.
I got multiple text message updates letting me know what was happening and even a phone call from Ben to confirm when my vehicle would be finished and how smoothly everything was going. I just really felt like I was the #**** priority even though I'm sure they had a ton of other customers to work with.
Service was fast and they did an excellent job replacing a window and door. My car hasn't looked this good in ages.
I'm grateful my insurance, USAA, recommended Service King and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. They do quality work and employ quality people.

The detail could do a better job cleaning up the car prior customer pick up.
That would be my only complaint. I had some sort of clay reaidue on the interior and exterior of the car. Ben was great!

While methods of contact reguarding status were good the timing was not. Ehem notified of changes I was the one initiating contact. Completion date(s) came and went. It would have been nice to have been notified ahead of the date that services were not done instead of me trying to contact someone just to see what was going on.
