Your receptionist was very personable and she was very efficient. Catherine took me out to my car and explained again what was done to fix my car. She made sure I was satisfied with the work before I drove off. The text message updates were a bonus.

Ray with Geico was great at keeping me posted on the stages of the repairs. Andy was also awesome in expediting the repairs so I can get my car on a Saturday vs a Monday as my rental was horrible! I will definitely recommend Service king to friends and family moving forward.

Level of communication was good. The bad part, at the time of pick up no one came out side to go over the repair, after waiting outside by the car, no one showed up, I gave up on waiting and left. Also car was not cleaned inside.

From start to finish Service King kept me up-to-date on my car repairs, asked if I had questions along the way and made sure that when the car was finished that I had a chance to visually check the repairs and comment on the outcome. The final result of the repairs was such that I couldn't tell that it had ever been in an accident. Thank you so much Service King Personnel for a job well done! Crystal
