It was good until I was lied to about the rental car. I was sent a text at ****:56 pm on 3/4 saying my car would be ready on 3/4 (keep in mind I was told that if I didn't pick the car up the day it was ready I would be charged.) At 4 I called to make sure they wouldn't wait till the last minute so I would have time to drop off the rental car before they closed at 6 and no one called me back then I sent a text to the girl that was handling the claim and still she wouldn't reapond. At 5:19 the rep sent a text saying my car was ready and I could drop the rental car off at Service King and someone from enterprise would go get the rental and stop charging for it that same day. Well the next day I called enterprise to see when I would get my deposit back and she talked to me like I was stupid arguing that I still have the car and would only get my deposit back after it was returned and that I was still responsible for it if anything happened to it. I was instantly pissed at that point. .. After that I called and sent text messages to service king to see what the hell was going on and why I was lied to, and big surprise no one would answer me so I had to go down there. I saw the girl that lied to me and she said the charges were stopped in the system and if I had a problem I could take the rental (that was still sitting there) to enterprise myself. That would be stupid considering IF anything happened to it while sitting there in their possession, they could blame me for it and require me to pay for it...I DON'T THINK SO! my responsibility ended the night before. I responded with "according to enterprise State Farm is still being charged and I'm still responsible" she said with attitude... uh I have 2 other customers I'll give u my managers number. I waited a few minutes said have ur manager call me and left. I returned that car at 5:30 on 3/4 with absolutely nothing wrong with it. No manager ever called me and State Farm is being charged for nothing. Lying to customers is bad enough but lies that could potentially screw the customer over makes it ALOT worse. Never again will I use service king and I'll make sure all my friends family and coworkers etc are aware of how they are as well. Also I better get my ENTIRE deposit back and soon.

I am more than happy with my experience. The staff was very helpful. Andy was the gentleman that helped me with my car. My repairs were expected to last a week. It took only 2 days I believe. Way faster then I expected. I appreciate the great work that was done on my car. Very smooth/ easy process. Thank you all!!!

So far so good. Day one of getting my car out of shop. Customer service was great..always important! Front desk is key-Jan was very nice and experienced/knowledgable. Also, received updated messages regarding my car status-VERY NICE..thank you! Only complaint would be once receiving car no one did a walk around before i left. (just to make sure i was happy with the work) Thought that would be standard procedure?!

I would have been ok with everything except I had to pay my deductible & I had no idia I had to come up with money I didn't really have at that time.We got rear ended & their ins paid for everything else & should have of course. Now idk how long it'll take to get reembersed thanku
