All personnel was extra attentive right at the door! Everyone greeted with a SMILE! Then you have a system for statusing service. Notified soon as the service completed. I will DEFINITELY recommend!

This was the second time I have used Service King in the past year - bad car luck but gtmrrat luck on great service! I chose to use them again for the wonderful job they did previously, their fantastic communication, and their very polite staff. I was just as happy this time! The experience was terrific and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again (hopefully Iswont need to) or to recommend them to others!

I rec'd no estimate until requesting it. It seemed to take 3-days After the drop-off before it was available. The 'Warranty & Estimate' Folder should be handed on intact or sent shortly thereafter. I would have felt better about this whole transaction had I seen the '8-step Repair Process' at the start! Your daily texts re:progress were great though. Also, I'd be happy to fill out Satsfaction Survey if I find it online.

Certain things went in functional and came out not functioning. Also the amount of money that was charged to our insurance company there should have been more of a completed job in my overall view. I had to call multiple times to check on the update instead of getting text or emailed. One descent thing that came out of it that the manager Carlos was a little more hands on with the situation.

I originally had misunderstandings with your front staff I wanted to go over what I felt needed to happen and what the claim was they initially we had some misunderstandings about what I was going to do with my car. The company thought that it was just in for a quote but I wanted to go over everything with an estimator and get it fixed so other than that everything was really great I didn't have to wait too long they and every one were very helpful. The guys were attentive and we're quite observant and helpful in making suggestions for future repairs.the auto came back looking great.

The people there were polite, answered all of my questions in detail and my adjustor gave me updates on the repairs of my vehicle. Brian did an excellent job with the repairs and I appreciated that he cleaned the interior of my car. Excellent service.
