Your website needs work - doesn't work well across browsers or non Windows computers well. Also, it's missing hours of operation - which I think would be critical for a service business.

The level of attention to detail by Rich Murphy in preparing for repairs and getting our long 3 year nightmare to end to fix our very complicated repairs that were botched by the first repair company and then reported as the reason the second repair company couldn't properly fix the second nearly identical accident with repeated damage and the first company's insultingly tepid lip service to address the issue after given the chance due to these repairs being warranted and with the service manager's insult of refusing to prepare and give an invoice of the warranted fixes he was required to address but really didn't as what turned out to be 4 tiny adjustments was again insult to injury for us, so Service Kings taking its time and doing it right was a breath of fresh air and this was due to the insightful analysis of the documentation we passed on plus his own keen observations on the spot of the problems when we came by to bectriaged and set up the schedule to do the correct full fix to the whole botched mess. We are so glad to have found Service King and gotten our Honda back and restored to whole proper order.
