My Service Advisor, Austin, did a great job. He kept me well informed and up to date on the progress of my repair and represented Service King with high degree of professionalism. I would recommend Service King, Rainer Avenue for repairs.

Big thank you to all the staff. There is a reason I keep coming back. The staff is always on point, the work is always impeccable, and everyone always goes above and beyond. This is the fifth time you have worked on one of my cars and yet again I am left impressed. You got my car done 8 days early. 8 days. That’s some serious dedication and hard work. As for the new guy Aaron... keep him around. He did great.

The service I received surpassed the service that I usually receive elsewhere. I was very satisfied . My technician, Chuck, was very professional and highly exceeded my expectations. Very high customer service oriented and the quality of work was amazing. And again, I was very satisfied and grateful for the work that they did.

My partner and I never been through a situation like this before. The experience was not bad.They even took the time to explain what they did to my car. They also explain step-by-step what was charge and was not charged. I know it's something so small. To me, that's great customer service.

Very organized staff so I was able to get the car repaired very fast. The guy who repaired the car was very nice and explained thoroughly. I hope I don't hit my car again... but if I do, I will be coming back here for sure(even though I don't live close).

Chris and his staff are very professional and hospitable. My vehicle was repaired quickly (3 days early!) and the repair job was great! I think they even cleaned the interior too. He is very knowledgeable and show'd me pictures of the damage and repair under the surface. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair.
