The people were very friendly and the work performed seems fine, but it took twice as long as estimated to complete the job and I was forced to pay for an extra week out of pocket for the rental car. I understand the delay was due to an outside vender not showing up, but I was never really clear why someone else couldn’t be brought in for the job given that my car isn’t really a rare car and we live in a big metro area. They mentioned possibly reimbursing the extra week on my rental car and I provided a receipt as requested, but haven’t heard back. More frustrating than the money was that I kept cancelling work meetings so that I could be available to pick up the car on the day promised and then the car wouldn’t be ready and I had rearranged my schedule for nothing. Like I said, everyone was very friendly and their work was good, but probably would go elsewhere in the future.

It felt a little weird to take my car and leave a rental car without getting any paperwork or signing anything. Just didn’t feel complete. Car looks great and I am happy with it.

When I dropped the car off, I asked for the right side door seal to be replaced, it was torn from use. Diana made note of it. When I picked up the car she had forgotten to have it done. After bring the car home, I realized that the rear of the car had not been cleaned and still was full of body shop dust. I had to take the car back and ask that they finish cleaning it. The next day, after looking at the car in the daylight. I have realized that the right front fender is not aligned correctly and is about an ****/8 inch gap more versus the factory gap between fender and hood. I’ll be bringing the car back to discuss.

I am thrilled to have my car back. But I would have appreciated a heads up that fixing the electrical system caused the clock to be wrong and my radio station presents to vanish. At first I thought "Why did they change all of my radio stations but then I realized that it was probably a function of the repairs. But a warning would have been nice. Still, the car is in great shape and I am delighted to have it back, and a whole day early, too!
