Very pleased with how fast and accurate the team was. I appreciate that the ding in my rear license plate was fixed. Most of all the car was returned to me clean/washed inside & out. The young lady from Enterprise was ver delightful and was very profesional.

The only reason not totally satisfied, I was quoted two days and no one spoke up about it taking longer. It was five days altogether, but there was a weekend with in the five days.

I really liked the text message updates letting me know the status of my vehicle and the phone call with the details of the findings and also when it was ready. The combination of both is great, it's so important to still have the human aspect of customer service as well, makes me as the customer feel like I'm important.
