Wow! They got my car back to me in time for me to go on vacation. They acknowledged all my concerns and really made my car look better than it did before the collision. Matt and sent me emails and texts to keep me up to speed on the repair progress so I never really had any questions about how things were going. 10 out of 10, would use again.

Customer Service is very good. Rear Bumper got replaced in less than two days during peak time. Waiting time at the location was minimal. Received frequent updates about the progress of work. Keep up the Great Work! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Both my adjuster and cary were very polite, kind and thoroughly went over the facts of what was done in detail on the repair of my car. my car was only one month old and quite a valuable prize to me. I was devastated when someone hit my car and took off. Was worried that it would never be the same i can honestly say i Cannot tell it was ever hit. This staff at service king were exceptionally kind and Helpful. As of late I found that the quality of service has gone down in many areas. this is one of the few companies I have been very pleased and impressed with their quality of employee competence.
