Upon arriving to drop my car of the gal at the front desk neglected to acknowledge me and immediately started talking to my boyfriend. Putting two pieces of paper in front of me asking if my phone number was correct, to write my email and I would need to just sign some places, not directing me to where to sign or bothering to tell me what I was signing. It's a small world and people more often then not know each other from school or work but when you have a job to preform and blatantly ignore the client there's absolutely no excuse. I was dropping off my car not his. Within hours of dropping my car off I receive a text message saying we like to get 10's from an out of area phone number, come to find out it was Service Kings. I hadn't even picked my car back up and I'm being asked to give 10's.... I was asked via a text multiple times to take this survey and provide 10's when I first hadn't even had my car returned and then after I had my car returned I didn't even receive a survey until yesterday.

Because of a trip we had already made reservations for, we needed our car back before the weekend started. Cary sent an update every morning to let us know their progress. It was a relief to know that there were no surprises and were on schedule all week. Thanks Cary. Lee F

The Service King team was fantastic! I was barely inconvenienced. The staff was friendly and efficient. I worked with Don who was fabulous. He was welcoming and available for questions. I received regular texts to keep me informed of my car's progress. It only took two days to repair! It was also convenient to have the car rental in the same building, just a few steps away. I would HIGHLY recommend Service King!

Professional and good workmanship. They were also efficient, being able to finish the job before the estimated completion date. The customer service exceeded my expectations, they were respectful at all levels of service. They kept me updated via text message on the progress of the car repair. I like that they use smart phone technology to keep their customers posted. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

At first I was a little **** after calling Service King to set up my initial appointnent. I sat on hold with what I could tell was a national chain for over 15 minutes when I was finally connected to a snippy lady who set up my appointment with Don Witcher at the Mill Creek, WA store. From there, I had nothing but a wonderful experience. From the help and friendly reception I received at the front desk to Don's very competent dealings with my car and extremely friendly demeanor. My Nissan Rogue was done in less than 24 hours and I am so happy with the job that was done. Thank you Service King team! We will tell our friends about the Mill Creek Store! :)
