The repair is great, just the only thing it took too long for the process to get done, we got a rental car from the day we drop our car to service king. Our insurance pay for 45 days, we thought the car should be done within that time frame. But it took little more than 2 months. We had to pay the car rental extra days from our pockets.

Jobs well done! Staff is very welcoming and supportive. Keeps status updated so well, Iove the text messgaes reminder! Everything was great! You washed my car at the end. How thoughtful (There's just one little thing. The lady who answers phone calls for signing up drop off dates was non-flexible and gets people irritated. She literally gave me one date she had in mind for me to drop off my car. Sounds like she was trying to fit me into her schedule. I said "no, thanks, I'll be fine without a rental" Then she said "just answer 'yes or no." She needs to watch out for her attitude.) It's all about getting the car fixed, I wouldn't care much about any side stuff. Overall, it was very impressive work! Ashay!

It took almost a month to repair my car. The estimation we were given when the car was dropped off was around 2000 and by the time it was done it was over 5000. We knew the front axel needed replaced when we dropped it off but were told that was not the case. It was dropped off on ****/10/17 and was supposed to be completed on ****/23/17. Some parts were delayed in Portland because of weather which they can't be blamed for. But on ****/25/17 I got a call saying they test drove it after the repairs and there was something wrong so a mechanic looked at it and said the front axel needed to be replaced. On ****/28/17 I got a call saying the axel was delayed and it would be ready on ****/30/17. On ****/30/17 I got a call saying the steering wheel column needed replaced because it was driven with a broken axel so it wouldn't be ready until 2/****/17. I got a phone call saying it was finished and going into the car wash. After which I got another phone call saying there was a dent in the bumper that they placed on the car and it now wouldn't be ready until 2/3/17. I was able to pick up my car today 2/4/17 and take it home.
