Rob w/SK was awesome! Finished the project 4 days ahead of quote. Good job shop team. Appreciate all the unseen and sometimes under-appreciated attention to detail from the back of the house. Hope you are on a a decent pay increase schedule, quality workmanship is harder and harder to find these days. I recommend Service King

Impressive service..above and beyond on all fronts. Engaging, friendly, professional. Great communication about status and where things were. Efficient and easy to drop off and pick up...exceeded wildest expectations on quality of service, caliber of people/interaction and equally, turn-around on the work they did. Car was cleaned inside and out and looked phenomenal..like new...excellent work and will come back as well as refer people your way. Nice job, Rob!!

Mike, Robert and Tim are excellent. Some of the best service I have had dealing with repair shops. They walked me through the process and ensured that everything would be fixed accordingly. Communication was awesome and I felt like I had someone on my side. Also, loved the woman at the front desk - everyone was super friendly and very inviting. Will definitely recommend and return if ever needed.

Todd Paul, the service manager was outstanding in greeting me and leaving me feeling confident in his ability to do his job and fix my car to it's original specs. The receptionist was also excellent in doing her job efficiently, professionally and with a smile. The test of the team in the office also greeted me on the first day. I can tell the driving force behind the Redmond service King is Todd to his credit. He is also a gentleman and a great communicator. Bottom line he is a great asset to your company.
