First off, communication is poor - to say the least. The point of contact has an unknown number, so it's impossible to call them back. Secondly, the tow company took my truck to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT **** SERVICE KING THAN THE ONE I REQUESTED. So now I have no idea WHERE it is or WHO is calling me. No number to call back and an unknown location... I went to every service king near me and didn't see it at any location. Waste of my God **** time.

I was told the car was all fixed up and ready for a pick up and so went to pick it up but when I walked around the car to check before pickkng it up, there were some places that were missed and not repaired and also part not repaired right ( some of which were obvious). After talking, pointing out and going over those things that were missed with Kyle, he was trying to convince me some of which I pointed out was not a mis-repair and it just was how parts connected. I needed to keep explaining that it was not right over and over until he finally agreed to try looking at the same model car to see if it was not right and if it was he'll get it right this time. I was told I would get an update call from him that afternoon but I never got a call nor the next day so I ended up calling to check in on it's new status. At the end they seemed to fix it all and took care of my concerns so I was happy with that but I really wished they just did that from the beginning.
