Brian was great, the receptionist was great, everyone I had an encounter with there including, but not limited to an employee who was tending the landscape was great with great attitudes. I am very pleased with the outcome of my car repairs/replacements/service. I've used this shop before through an insurance company & now independently & will continue to use & recommend this shop. My first visit to Magic repair, The receptionist was very polite and warm, she offered her help inregards to my being there, it was on a Saturday,!she explained to me That the who be responsible would not be in until Monday. Monday, I was introduced to Bryan, who was very polite and look at my car and what would be done, etc. each and every Bryan would call me and update me regarding the repairs to the car. He was so very nice and saw me thru every detail that was done, thru the end. I really enjoyed my relationship with Bryan.
