I am very pleased with how all magic took care of me and my car. From the moment I walked in to get an estimate I did not feel pressured or like I was being haggled. Initially Russ told me well there is impact damage but nothing is crackedor seriously damaged so if your car is working fine then why fix it. He said just to leave it if I wanted. The fact that he was honest like that knowing I could just drive away and he would lose potential business showed me that I could trust him and everyone at all magic. Further more he took the time to find the best parts needed for my car at the best prices. I was kept updated with everything. There were slight changes that were not seen until my car was being worked on which is normal but he kept me informed and gave me the option to fix it rather than reel me in to it. I really appreciate the interior detail. I needed to clean my car but you did it for me! The receptionists are great too. Very sweet lady's and great customer service. Thanks so much!!

Repairs were made quickly and correctly. Color match was perfect, the old part was kept for me as I requested. Thank you to Robert for recommending the shop to me and keeping me informed of its progress. He is a class act. Everyone from the front office to the repair team were friendly and informative. They answered all of our questions. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do I'll come back to All Magic. I've alerted my friend and family on social media to let them know as well. I am very upset and highly disappointed on the condition of my car. I received my car back with 115 miles and the passenger corner window seal melted now showing a big gap. I don't understand how this could of happened when the repairs where to be done on the driver side. I don't understand why I have 115 miles added onto my car when I assume the repairs where to be done at the location I drop off the car. I tried contacting all magic after hours, since I picked up my car at 630 but was not able to leave a message due to their voicemail being full. I have now reported this issue to my insurance as they referred me to all magic. I am so upset and very frustrated. I thought my experience was going to be smooth and worry free since the body shop was affiliated with mercury.

I was disappointed with the person who was helping me, raffi I believe his name was, I had several in responded to text messages and he said he left after 6 an I understand that but I am sure the messages don't delete at 6. He should hve followed up with me the next business day !! And when I dropped of the car I had asked to have the center console fixed while you had it!!! I asked that day one and every time I asked him if they were able to fix it !!! NO RESPONSE!! You wer supposed to have the car **** week then 2 weeks and then 3 plus weeks !! The least that could have been done was to address my questions regarding the center console !! And instead the day I'm picking the car up he tells me he has to order it and I will have to bring it back in a week!!!!! You had my car for almost a month !!!!!!!! Absolutely not acceptable customer service!!! If I could attach for you all of the unanswered texts I would I got frustrating an down right disrespectful in my opinion
