I have had 10 cars fixed collision experts / H and V. I won't be back if you folks can't get a relationship with Nationwide. This car took way too long. My Ford Econoline2500 Van took your folks less time with 10 times the damage. Your people and work is 2nd to none,the process HAS to be top notch as well. I'm very disheartened because I have used your services for sooo long. And one of your folks gave me a tour of the place about a year ago, on a Saturday. Thank You Dana. P.S. I hope the Schdy facility has been fixed. I brought one car down there about 2 yrs ago and those people sucked at the time. I own a courier company and would never use them again. I can't answer this as I haven't gotten my car back. I would say yes - because you have been very informative, helpful, you gave me a loaner...but....I'd also say no, because my car wasn't ready when I got the call saying it was. There was scratches on the bumper and part not installed. You did give me a loaner which was great. So am I completely satisfied - I'll say yes, when I have my car!

I think you should have a rental policy for those who have no rental coverage IF keeping their car beyond a reasonable time frame is not their fault but the insurance companies delay. Especially if you are one of their designated repair sites such as Liberty Mutual. It helps alleviate major stress in your customer who is choosing to use your shop because Libert Mutual suggested problems that arose would be resolved quicker and smoother between the body shop and themselves. Was not the case for me as they gave your body shop a hard time too.
