My husband sent you an email with pictures, but this whole experience has been less than satisfactory. I completely understand that the part needed to finish the repair was on backorder, but there was a huge lack of communication during the two weeks my car was being worked on. My husband had to repeatedly call to try and get updates, and a lot of the time his calls went both unanswered and unreturned. I was also incredibly displeased with how the car was returned to us. My husband had picked up the car and not noticed how dirty it was, but as soon as he brought it home, I noticed that there was STILL broken glass in the back from where the burglars had broken the window and muddy footprints on the seat from where someone had done the repairs. The car hadn't been vaccumed or cleaned, something I would expect from a business that is working on the car. Im pretty disappointed in your company and will be letting Geico know.
