Clint was great to work with. Very courteous and professional . I was concerned about getting my car back before it snowed Wednesday evening and he was very responsive to my concern. He made sure I had my car back by Wednesday afternoon. Service King was easy to work with and everyone was very friendly. I appreciate that my car was washed, dusted and vacuumed. thanks Hilary

Service King was fabulous! The job is done well and done quickly. I was a little frustrated that the Enterprise employee was not there sooner. I had to wait about 20 minutes for him to arrive and another 10 waiting for his computer to cooperate. As a result, I was 30 minutes later to work than I had hoped.

The guy who was helping us was so nice and also clear or what they were gonna do to the jeep and a also let me know what would have to be added to the repair.

I was disappointed with how my vehicle was returned to me the first as it was unfinished (broken ceiling panel and un-tinted windo). It caused more inconvenience than was need. However the staff was very polite and willing to take care of everything to make sure it was right. I just hope in the future you will check the vehicles more thoroughly to make sure they are returned in absolute finished condition before the customer arrives for pick up.
