Service King did an Amazing job fixing my Vehicle. Jeff was extremely nice, knowledable,empathetic,kept me informed the whole time,was super fast at returning my calls/texts and made sure that I had a safe Vehicle to drive the whole time while mine was being fixed!It seemed to me that he had a great communication with enterprise rental and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!I was having issues with my Insurance adjustor, she was unprofessional, uneducated, would'nt return my emails,texts or calls. She was not empathetic nor cared about my son missing school or our safety.She did call me a couple Days prior to me getting my car just to complain about Service King taking too long fixing my car, when I tried Calling her 3 days into the process Left over a dozen voicemails and emails.The Fifth day I called the Operator and had to have them track her down.She was clueless on the Status of my Vehicle. She Couldnt answer any of my questions, and said she didn't get any of her emails or messages. She Made this Experience completely stressfull and a nightmare. But service king and enterpeisd picked up her slack and made this awful life event bearable and I seriously dont know what I woulve done without them ......if I wouldve driven the Vehicle that my Insurance would only approve or allow we to get my son and I would be dead. We were pushed off into a ditch in logan Canyon. A Diesel from the opposite direction lost Control in the snow and Ive Chasing the Trailer to go sideways in my lane. The only thing that Saved us was 4wheel drive Vehicle when we went into the ditch. I Expressed this to the Insurance agent....She again was unsympathetic, empathetic.

The whole process of dropping off my car, meeting with a Geico Representative, and getting a rental car was very easy since everyone we needed to talk to was in the same building. I appreciated receiving updates via texts and phone calls from Service King on the status of my car throughout the repair.

Wonderful experience. Loved my rental. Got in and out dropping off and picking up and picked up a beautifully clean car. Very pleased with the service.

James was outstanding. He called to follow up and update me the first day. He quickly returned my call on the 2nd day The car was so clean inside and out. This tired mom was very grateful to come back to a clean car.
