The staff was friendly and exceptionally accommodating. Clint took excellent care of me from the estimate process all the way through pickup. I knew what was going on all through the process courtesy of the text updates and felt confident that the repairs would be done in a timely and professional manner. Clint made the whole process stress free and was a pleasure to work with.

My experience with service King was unsatisfying. I have dealt with several auto body repair shops in the valley for years and have never experienced such poor customer service. I feel that Service King rushed through my repair and had to make several visits back to look at my car. The first visit I noticed the panels didn't even match together and a part of the trim wasn't even connected. I sent it back and they ordered the part, that should have been done in the first place.. My second arrival I noticed that my white parchment seats had oil on them and there were scratches on the rear where modifications were made. Which for the record still looks crappy. I will say the only employee that I found helpful was Clint who did bring some clarity to the situation. Unfortunately I'm still unsatisfied with the paint job it's splotchy and doesn't seem to match the rest of my car. In the future I will look into reviews before letting my car get fixed that's for sure. After my unsatisfying feeling I got online and noticed several customers with similar complaints. And the only response they ever received is that someone will be reaching out to them. I assume that no one will be reaching out to me. I feel that in regards of making my experience better it would have helpful if Sean the manager reached out at some point but he never did! He was also hard to reach when I called in asking for him. I do plan on leaving my review online as well.

Excellent work and considerate staff Clint kept me posted via text and was great to interact with. The only complaint is the strong, unpleasant paint odor in the car which lasted over a week. Thank you for your good service!

Tech left my light on the vehicle. Now my battery is dead. I was stranded and needed roadside assistance and a new battery. They was other issues with my service!!!

This is the second time I’ve had to get body work done on one of my vehicles after being in an accident. After my first experience with Service King, I insisted that my truck be fixed by Service King this time. I couldn’t be more happy with the results and Jeff was amazing to work with. He kept me up to speed on the repairs every step of the way and he was easy to get a hold of when I had questions. I’ll keep recommending Service King to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Friendly customer service. I liked the updated texts and I also enjoyed that the insurance and rental were there even if it was only by appointment. It took a lot of stress off my shoulders knowing I didnt have to go to different places to get everything taken care of.

I brought my car in on November 7th, they originally had a completion date of November 17th but ended up having it completed by November 11th! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and Clint kept in contact in case I had any questions and couldn't have been more accommodating because I was unable to pick the car up until the 13th. I was very impressed at how quickly they were able to get my car completed.
