Maggie did an excellent job from start when I first visited the location for an estimate through the repair process where she kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and finish when the vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up in accordance with the deadline she previously set.

My only complaint was that I waited 15 min for someone to help me when I showed up for a 7am estimate appointment. No one was in the office and I had to hunt down a mechanic to find someone in the office. I think the employee had not shown up for work yet.
